1. What is your MOQ?

Normally MOQ is 1*20GP for each model or mix models.

But for 1^st orders, we could accept to mix different models for one 20’ full container.

Sometimes new customer need one or some samples for test, we could prepare for that as well.

2. What about the delivery time?

Samples can be delivered within 5 days.

For standard products 20-25 days after deposit or LC, for OEM/ODM takes 25-40 days after deposit

3. Do you have oversea agents?

Yes. In U.S.A., Canada, Australia, Spain, Denmark, U.K., Turkey, Yemen, Lebanon, South Korea, we have some exclusive distributors for several models. For many other places or some new models, strong distributors are welcome to build long term business with SEAFLO.

4. Do you accept OEM/ODM?

Yes. Both are workable in our company.

5. What is your payment term?

T/T 30% in advance, 70% against B/L Copy or LC at sight. Please double check with us if you would like to change the payment method.

6. What is your warranty?

For whole sets is 1 year after goods arrival. Please see our Warranty on our Warranty Page.
For kayaks is 5 years after goods arrival. Please see our Warranty on our Warranty Page.

7. What is your port of loading?

Fuzhou Port (FUZ). Most our quotation is based on FOB FUZ
Xiamen Port (XMN). Kayaks, SUPs, Sprayers are based on FOB XMN.
