Sales Agency Appointment

Xiamen Huiliyuan Imp. & Exp. Co. Ltd hereby appoints

SeaRiver Produtos Naúticos LTDA ME of office located at Rua Ludovico Zanier, 276A CIC – Curitiba - PR, CEP 81350-090 as our sales and after sales agent for SEAFLO brand Marine products in Brazil.
The appointment as an agency authorizes SeaRiver Produtos Naúticos LTDA ME to sell and offer after sales service of SEAFLO brand Marine products within Brazil from December 1st, 2018 to November 31, 2019.
The Sales Agency Agreement signed by both parties shall prevail to the specific content of the agent.
